The multiscale architecture (MA) graph schema encodes rules for specifying the hierarchical organization of the scales and subsystems corresponding to a computational model.

The Multiscale Spatial Temporal Markup Language (MSTML) schema standardizes the representation of multiscale spatio-temporal time series data. The latest release of MSTML is Level 1 Version 1 (MSTML_L1V1). Schema definitions can vary between different instances of Mule with respect to the considered spatial entity types and/or properties.

The meta model checking configuration schema describes rules for encoding meta model checking configuration files used to generate model checker instances.
